Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–5 working days from the date of order confirmation/payment.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 3–6 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, C3 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner. However, if you face an unusual delay or issue, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. C3 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

In case a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
